Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately entering a variety of data and customer orders into our ERP system
• Communicating effectively with customers regarding their production orders
• Reviewing and updating data in the system to ensure accuracy
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in received data
• Reporting any data-related issues to your supervisor

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting
