Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. If you have a strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using our system
- Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, to clients
- Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, either via phone, email, or chat
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
Requirements
* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company or similar environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
- English language proficiency (at least very good)
- Maximum age of 30
- Sales experience is a plus
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
- Graduates only
- Both males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (working from home)
- 2 Days off per month (rotating schedule)
- Hybrid work environment
