Experienced Customer Service Coordinator – Remote Customer Support and Order Resolution

The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Updating customer information and order status in our order system
- Reviewing dashboards for alerts and taking proactive steps to resolve issues
- Escalating unresolved issues to senior team members and stakeholders
- Performing resolution procedures outlined in our static help file
- Investigating rules engine failures and determining appropriate courses of action
- Maintaining client/customer criteria for handling orders
- Updating and maintaining current information on prices and ensuring Sales Data Coordinator is notified in a timely manner
- Filing documents according to arenaflex policy
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers
- Assisting with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) as needed, including maintaining inventory data, entering orders in Becton Schantz, and managing CRP order process through delivery
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An associate degree or formal customer service training is preferred
- Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience
- One year of food broker experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in data/order entry and software
- Possession of Becton System technical skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm
