As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our customers. Life with arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative
* You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, providing solutions to complex problems, and de-escalating tense situations.
- You'll have the opportunity to personalize the experience for each caller, making every interaction unique and memorable.
- You'll answer incoming calls, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
- You'll have the opportunity for advancement across the entire arenaflex network, with a clear path for career growth and development.
- You'll report to an assigned Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed in your role.
- You'll work a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for flexibility and work-life balance.
- Bilingual Specialists are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English.
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour

System Requirements
To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
- A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
- A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
- A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
- A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported
Training Schedule
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
