Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: - Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy - Taking customer donations and processing them efficiently - Receiving calls from individuals impacted by natural disasters and submitting aid applications - Providing exceptional customer service by actively listening, understanding, and addressing customer concerns - Accurately updating caller profiles and performing data entry tasks - Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need: -
2+ years of customer service experience:
You know how to keep customers happy and satisfied! -
Top-notch communication skills:
You can chat with anyone, anytime, and build strong relationships with customers -
Tech-savvy:
You're comfortable with digital tools and platforms, and can navigate them with ease -
