The Role:

As a Customer Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products and services
  • Managing and converting lead-generated inbound calls
  • Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalized sales solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
  • Up-selling additional products and services
  • Existing customer engagement and service management
  • Being a role model within the team and showcasing the five arenaflex values
  • Actively looking at new ways to improve the customer journey

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients

  • Manage and convert lead-generated inbound calls
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed personal and team targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure arenaflex remains competitive
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good level of education (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a sales role within the alarm industry (desirable)

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate complex information to customers
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment (desirable)
