Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:
- Collaborating with our engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research areas, develop research plans, and execute research projects
- Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support AI/ML research and development
- Designing and implementing data-driven product development processes to drive innovation and growth
- Collaborating with our product teams to develop and deploy AI/ML-powered products and services
- Working with our engineering teams to develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms
- Developing and maintaining high-quality documentation and knowledge management systems to support AI/ML research and development
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role exploring complex data, preferably as an early data scientist or product expert at a hyper-growth product organization or research institution
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with experience working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with experience developing and implementing data-driven solutions
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP), large language models, or generative AI
- Strong software development skills, with experience developing and deploying AI/ML models and algorithms
- Experience with data engineering and data architecture, with a strong understanding of data pipelines and data warehouses
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML research and development, with experience working on cutting-edge projects
