Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to arenaflex customers through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:

• Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment.
• Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively.
