The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients in Florida and Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving customer issues in a calm and professional manner, de-escalating conflicts when necessary
- Escalating interactions to senior representatives or management when required
- Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as needed
- Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to improve processes and quality
- Upselling products or services when opportunities arise
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or equivalent
