Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality

Key Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field; medical experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including days and evenings
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (if applicable)
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting

  • Familiarity with electronic health records systems (if applicable)
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (if applicable)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
