About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Amazon Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
