The Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in arenaflex's Community Support Platform (CSP). As a key member of our CSP team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of travel and hospitality. Your expertise will help us build innovative solutions that enhance the user experience, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to develop and implement new features and enhancements
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using a range of technologies, including cloud-based platforms and microservices architecture
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning to ensure high-quality software development
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements
* 9+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering
