Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team in Chelmsford, USA. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines using cloud-based technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate data and models into automated processes
- Develop and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
- Ensure data quality and accessibility by integrating data from various sources
- Investigate current data technology conditions to identify and evaluate key functions and suggest solutions
- Explore new tools and technologies to determine the best approach given the requirements directed by the model/use case
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-based technologies
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Experience with healthcare industry data and analytics
- Certification in data engineering, data science, or related field
