Job Summary

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative position in our Aetna Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns, ensuring that they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Utilize knowledge of Aetna's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including HIPAA and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Knowledge of Aetna's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
