Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences. You'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with Customers: Providing exceptional service to customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs.
- Problem-Solving: Stepping up to resolve customer issues and concerns, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Safety and Security: Working every day with a safety mentality, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
- Collaboration: Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical Ability: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally Eligible to Work: Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Attendance Requirements: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
