What to Expect

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound, billing, and customer support calls. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Assist callers with billing inquiries and determine the services they're missing
  • Make upgrade and add-on service recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
  • Code sales accurately and completely
  • Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, prioritizing their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations

  • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Understanding of "client call flow" and the ability to navigate complex customer inquiries

  • Empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize the customer
  • Tenacity to understand and deliver on customers' needs

Education and Requirements

While a degree is not necessary, we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. To get started, you'll need:

  • A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
  • High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)
  • A phone with a headset
  • A background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
  • A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended
  • CPU Speed: Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
  • Hard Drive: 20 GB or more of available space
  • Memory: 4 GB of RAM or better
  • Operating System: Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Standard Connection and Speed: Hard-wired connection (no wireless) with a minimum 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
  • Monitor Recommendations: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • Accessories: USB headset with microphone (required for Certification), Logitech, Plantronics, Microsoft, or similar brands recommended
  • Software: Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, or 11 on Windows 7, 8, or 10; Mozilla Firefox or Chrome for Windows (optional)
  • Internet and Phone Service Providers: Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection; Hard-wired land line telephone service
