The Role

As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues, answering product questions, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Utilizing social media analytics tools to track customer engagement and sentiment, and making data-driven decisions to improve customer support strategies
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and industry trends
