Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of commodity and import shipments, including booking and coordination of transportation plans
• Ensuring compliance with organization and industry quality control standards, including customs, traditions, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with logistics leadership to gather and distribute logistics dashboards and metrics
• Providing exceptional support to partners and customers throughout the shipment cycle, including prompt response to requests and issue resolution
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry and record-keeping activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize logistics operations

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of sea and air cargo operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems, including SAP, SQL, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
