Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Impact Client Support Delegate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our products and services. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work closely with our Inward Body Shop team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of our Approved Impact Program.
  • Coordinate vehicle appearance arrangements, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
  • Manage client correspondence and assumptions, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Reorder materials and supplies as needed, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct fix surveys and deliveries, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

What You'll Bring

* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Crash Fix or a related discipline.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required.
  • The ability to train others and work collaboratively with our team.
  • A willingness to work in a crash shop environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
