Job Summary
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving results, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll be accountable for member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to providers. Your expertise will be essential in developing, motivating, evaluating, and coaching staff on work procedures, proper call handling, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a high-performing team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive member/provider satisfaction, retention, and growth, ensuring competitive services are delivered to providers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resource sharing to meet common service center objectives.
- Attract, select, and retain high-caliber talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with constituents and internal business partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and remove barriers to job performance, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Essential Qualifications
* 3-5 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of driving results and improving customer satisfaction.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a highly transactional organization, with expertise in leading high-performing teams.
- 1+ years of data analysis experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to create charts and pivot tables from raw data.
- High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and a router located in a place where you can set up and work with a direct connection (not Wi-Fi).
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and QuickBase.
- Project management experience, with expertise in LEAN Six Sigma methodology.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive salary: $40,600.00 - $75,000.00 (base pay range).
