Lead Relationship Manager
Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of core accounts
- Proactively solving client issues and identifying new opportunities
- Negotiating contracts, incentives, and pricing agreements
- Ensuring compliance with current business practices and evolving processes
- Partner internally and externally to identify additional business opportunities
- Maintain and grow relationships to expand new business value
- Participates in external industry events to increase business and improve brand awareness
- Actively identifies, manages, and escalates risks or issues impacting customers
- Implements and supports internal cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of business development, sales, strategy or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of business development, sales, strategy or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry preferred
