Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant

- The Fundraising & Partnerships Consultant is responsible for building and executing a high-impact development strategy to support HiveStrong’s mission and growth.
- Business Development & Prospecting: Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate sponsors, philanthropic partners, and individual donors across the U.S.
- Consultative Fundraising: Lead with a relationship-first, mission-driven approach to understand partner needs and align them with HiveStrong’s goals.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate long-term relationships, manage sponsor/donor communications, and provide timely reporting and engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement fundraising strategies that drive revenue growth and increase visibility of HiveStrong's impact.
- CRM & Reporting: Utilize Monday.com to track outreach, donor activity, and fundraising performance. Provide regular updates to leadership and the Board.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, Board members, ambassadors, and cross-functional teams to support fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Messaging & Presentation: Represent HiveStrong externally—pitching, presenting, and speaking at events or meetings to inspire new support.
- Marketing & Visibility: Partner with the internal marketing and communications team to ensure donor and partner messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
- Performance-Driven: Consistently meet or exceed fundraising targets with an entrepreneurial mindset and positive energy.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving partner engagement.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing projects, pipelines, and CRM systems (Monday.com preferred).
- Passionate about mission-driven work and building community impact.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Benefits:
- Rate: $30–40/hr + performance-based bonus
- Hours: Up to 20 hours/week for the HiveStrong, plus potential for additional hours for any client needs
