. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pedagogical best practices, curriculum design principles, and a passion for fostering student engagement in STEM fields. You will lead a team of educators and subject matter experts to create dynamic, relevant, and effective learning materials. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and evaluation of comprehensive STEM curricula for K-12 or higher education levels. Oversee the creation of instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, interactive modules, and project-based learning activities. Ensure curriculum alignment with national and state educational standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to ensure content accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for curriculum development projects. Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in STEM education and instructional technology. Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on implementing new curricula. Develop and implement strategies for curriculum review and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior curriculum developers and instructional designers. Contribute to grant proposals and external funding initiatives related to curriculum development. Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, STEM Education, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a significant focus on STEM subjects. Proven experience leading educational projects and managing teams. Demonstrated expertise in learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment strategies. Strong understanding of K-12 or higher education systems and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS). Experience with project management software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
