We are looking for a motivated and well-organized individual to assist our dynamic team in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by managing documents and processing data efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective problem resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices.
  • Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
  • Proficiency in common office software applications and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop skills.
