Director Relationship Manager-TMT Gaming (remote)
For our client, we are seeking a Director Relationship Manager-tmt Gaming (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen planning processes, financial discipline, and scalable operations. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and long-term financial strategy within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive loan originations and business development in the gaming and casino sector
- Engage with the gaming landscape and leverage existing industry relationships
- Manage transactions within casino and route operator sectors
- Conduct credit analysis and financial modeling, and communicate decisions to management
- Coordinate the structured finance process from initial discussion to deal closure
- Cross-sell a variety of commercial banking products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, or Sales; or a High School Diploma with 12 years in the same areas
- 8+ years of experience in originations within leveraged finance and 5 years in the gaming industry
- Experience covering national and/or regional clients
- Strong credit and underwriting expertise
- Proven ability to cross-sell commercial banking products
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Formal credit training
