Senior Brand Manager, Retail Marketing
Our client is a leading national retailer seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative brand strategies. This fully remote position will be responsible for elevating the brand's presence, driving customer engagement, and increasing market share within the competitive retail landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and retail channel dynamics. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft compelling brand narratives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience insights. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all communications. Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, public relations firms, and other marketing partners. Analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Develop compelling presentations to articulate brand strategy and campaign performance to stakeholders. . A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is a strong plus. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing, or a closely related field within the retail industry is essential. Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns is required. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and brand positioning principles is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills are critical. Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
