Senior Broadcast Journalist

The Senior Broadcast Journalist will be responsible for pitching, researching, writing, and producing engaging news segments for television and digital media. You will conduct in-depth interviews, investigate developing stories, and develop strong relationships with sources to uncover important information. The successful candidate will work closely with assignment editors, producers, videographers, and editors to ensure timely and impactful delivery of news content. Strong editorial judgment and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 7 years of professional broadcast journalism experience. Experience with newsroom management software and a solid understanding of media law are crucial.
