Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of ground activities, with a focus on safety and security
  • Answering and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing standard airport tasks to maintain a safe, secure, and consistent customer experience

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) ID and meet local airport requirements
  • Ability to obtain a GSC (Ground Security Coordinator) certification and comply with airport security protocols
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
