Job Summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our customers' needs are met, and you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that customer needs are met and that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our service
  • Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to ensure that they are meeting our customer service standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics to ensure that we are meeting our customer service standards
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement customer service campaigns and promotions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and best practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
