Senior Customer Service Representative Opportunity

arenaflex is seeking a reliable and skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work environment. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You will work together as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations to create a differentiated service experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, etc.
• Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level.
• Work together as a team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations.
• Create a Differentiated Service Experience.
• Demonstrate Service Discipline.

Essential Qualifications:

• Call center and Medical Terminology/insurance experience.
• Experience working in a production environment.
• Computer Savvy.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Results-oriented and self-motivated.

Education:

High School diploma/GED.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
