Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and providing timely and effective solutions
- Handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally, and escalating issues to supervisors or other departments as necessary
- Collaborating with call center team members and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
- Performing duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority
- Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, and following up with customers to ensure resolution
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum one year of Call Center experience required
- Helpful, friendly customer service experience is required
- Ability to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time
- Ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions
- Ability to use good judgement and be resourceful to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers and know when to refer a caller to a different department or supervisor when Associate cannot answer or resolve thoroughly
- Ability to multitask (i.e., document all calls, send emails and/or faxes to callers, perform any follow-up work promised to a caller)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
