Job Description

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, resolving their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
