The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
