Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through real-time, hands-on support. You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve:

  • Reading information, using memories, and experience to supplement data
  • Identifying and resolving customer handling issues in a timely manner
  • Collecting and analyzing data to develop opportunities for improvement
  • Communicating effectively, listening actively, and focusing on customer needs
  • Balancing team and individual duties, demonstrating objectivity and openness to others' views
  • Treating people with respect, inspiring trust, and upholding organizational values and goals with integrity

Essential Qualifications

* High school or equivalent degree

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work time to ensure performance
  • Enjoy working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in technology performance metrics and developing them to level development against key performance indicators
