Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through real-time, hands-on assistance to ensure they receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll also connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role is not just about fulfilling customer orders; it's about putting smiles on their faces.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex customer situations with empathy through phone and email
- Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs
- Solicit customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Read information, use memories and experience to supplement data, and be willing to seek out and expand work flows and techniques
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines
- Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer handling issues in a timely manner
- Collect and analyze data skillfully to develop opportunity solutions
- Communicate effectively, listen actively, and focus on fixing customer needs while maintaining confidentiality and following policies and procedures
- Balance team and individual duties, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and receive feedback, and contribute to building a fantastic team environment
- Treat people with respect, inspire trust in others, assist organizational values and goals with integrity, and support affirmative action and respect diversity
- Wear, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
- Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch throughout shifts up to 12 hours long
- Operate in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided)
Essential Qualifications
* High school or equivalent degree
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to successfully prioritize work time to ensure performance
- Enjoy working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Skillability in verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in technology performance metrics and developing them to degree development against key performance indicators
