Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Availability to work a 4-day weekend schedule, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
