Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
- Troubleshooting issues and addressing questions related to orders placed by customers
- Following up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service
- Completing after-call information and data entry to the system
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
- Have reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
- Possess a High School Diploma

Salary and Benefits
* Salary: $12.00 per hour, with increases throughout the first year. Transitioning to a performance-based model

Work Schedule

- 15-40 hours per week
- Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 12pm - 9pm on weekdays
