Position Overview

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative - Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions

  • Utilize provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
