The Role
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
- Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system
- Utilizing effective phone etiquette to ensure a pleasant experience for every caller
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment (preferably)
