Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and personalized support to our customers via online chat. Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report common issues or trends to the management team for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
