Key Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via our online chat system, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. + Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while accurately identifying their needs.
Issue Resolution:
+ Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to their arenaflex memberships, bookings, and account management. + Escalate complex inquiries or unresolved issues to senior support staff when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
Information Provision:
+ Provide accurate and detailed information regarding arenaflex products, services, and company policies. + Guide customers through features of the platform, helping them maximize their experience.
Documentation:
