We're excited to announce a temporary opportunity for an Experienced Customer Success Associate to join our team on an evening shift. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Role Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. This role is hired on an "at need" basis and will be hired initially as a temp role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.

Expected Hours:

The expected hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner

  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business' bottom line
  • Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met

Role Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related role

  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
