Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes left in the mailbox of the Nutiliti application
  • Responding to customer inquiries about billing, regulations, payments, and the functioning of the application
  • Directing customers to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Providing clear and concise explanations of processes and steps for the Nutiliti application
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with the Nutiliti team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in the Customer Service area

  • Advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
