Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes left in the mailbox of the Nutiliti application
- Responding to customer inquiries about billing, regulations, payments, and the functioning of the application
- Directing customers to the appropriate department when necessary
- Providing clear and concise explanations of processes and steps for the Nutiliti application
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with the Nutiliti team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of experience in the Customer Service area
- Advanced English language skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using various communication tools and software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
