Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Providing guidance and support to customers regarding pharmacy services, health insurance, and wellness programs, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously, including CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
