Job Summary

As a 3rd Shift Custodian at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools. You'll work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our schools, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
• Restock supplies and materials as needed
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that our buildings are safe and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in custodial work or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a school or educational setting

• Certification in custodial work or a related field
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
