Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless operations in our remote office. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative behaviors, ensuring friendly, polite, and expert service to all customers

  • Manage production flow to ensure all production orders are completed right and on time
  • Take customer orders, provide pricing information, perform consultative selling, and recommend FedEx Office products and services
  • Take lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders, including finishing services and large job management
  • Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ensure quality during and after the production process
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders
  • May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift
  • Assist in the training of store team members
  • Collate, sort, and organize customer orders
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handle financial transactions, and make change
  • Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
  • Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adhere to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures
  • Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities, including:

+ Providing customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates + Ensuring quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services and offering information about company products and services + Offering assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods + Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies + Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

  • 2+ years of specialized experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail operations, customer service, or a related field

  • Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.40 - $21.62
