Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts. This role involves providing customer support, answering questions from existing customers, and resolving issues with a smile. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product consultations, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Offering solutions and alternatives to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you'll need:

  • A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided instructions
  • At least 5 hours of availability per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Training and Experience

Full training is provided for this customer support live chat job, and no prior experience is necessary. You'll receive the necessary guidance to excel in this role and provide exceptional support to customers. Our training program includes:
