The Role

- Assisting the arenaflex Transportation Fleet by providing data entry support and analysis
- Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring seamless integration of data across multiple platforms
- Integrating various data assets across multiple database platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets to support business operations
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the arenaflex Transportation Fleet by providing data entry support and analysis
- Consult and communicate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
- Integrate various data assets across multiple database platforms
- Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst is preferred
- Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred
- Typing and 10-key competencies are preferred
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must pass a Drug Test
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and entry
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
