Job Summary
As a Global Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites. You will be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries regarding products and services, utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and efficient customer support. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites
- Address and resolve inquiries regarding products and services

Requirements
