What You'll Be Doing

As a French-English Chat and Email Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working remotely in Bulgaria to deliver exceptional customer experiences through chat, email, and other written communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming written communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries and concerns
  • Resolving customer issues via chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms, demonstrating empathy and a caring attitude
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in customer service, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible experience for our customers
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and objectives, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields
  • Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in French and English
  • Ability to work in a team setting, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude
  • Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and keep organized in your work
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
